Schedule
Store and stream go live simultaneously! Our live break products are not available if we are not currently streaming. Shipping, insurance and gift cards are still purchasable while we are offline. Our current schedule is as follows:
- Mondays: 6-7PM PST start time (check Discord for updates on Mondays)
- Wednesdays: 3PM PST
- Saturdays: 3PM PST

Shipping
- We hold your break(s) for a maximum of 9 months. See Break Storage section below for the time table and more information.
- We hold all of your cards until you are ready to ship. You can purchase shipping here: Shipping
- Shipping is NOT FREE. It will show $0 until you reach the final checkout page.
- Insurance is sold separately under the Shipping section.
- Shipping is $8.50 flat rate in the United States (if you fill over a large flat rate you will be messaged before as additional charges may apply).
- For international shipping use the 2 options listed in the store. If the package ends up costing more you will be contacted.
- If you've placed multiple break orders, you do not need to purchase shipping multiple times that week.
- Shipping goes out in the order it was received.
- Please direct all shipping questions to Hysteria only. Roxy and the other mods do not handle shipping.
My Orders
You can view your order history on the website here: My Account
You can view if your order has shipped from this screen as well. The order with shipping will show as “Fulfilled” once a shipping label has been created for your order. If you click on any order containing shipping you will see the tracking number as well.
Break Storage Times
We will hold your break(s) for a maximum of 3 (three) months without shipping being purchased. After 3 months, if shipping is NOT purchased, the break(s) we are storing will be FORFEITED. To keep things simple, the timeframe will be based on the month the last break was purchased, rather than the exact date it was purchased. Shipping will need to be purchased by the last day of the 3rd month.
